Good to know
The route
Brussels Airport is in Zaventem, north-east of Brussels. We drive via the E314 to Leuven and then via the E40. It is busy around Leuven and on the Brussels ring road during the morning and evening rush hours; we take that into account when setting the pick-up time.
At the airport
Brussels Airport has a single terminal. The departures hall and the arrivals hall are on different floors of the same building.
Return trip from the airport
Give us your flight number when you book. We follow your flight's arrival time and wait for you in the arrivals hall.
With a group or a lot of luggage
For 5 to 8 passengers we drive a taxi van. Mention the number of passengers and suitcases in your request.
